JOB ADVERTISEMENT: DRIVER AT THE EMBASSY OF GHANA IN BEIJING

The Embassy of Ghana in Beijing is seeking a qualified and reliable individual to fill the position of Driver.

Position: Driver

Location: No. 8 Sanlitun Road Beijing, China Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Safely operate and maintain official embassy vehicles.

· Transport embassy staff, diplomats, and guests as required.

· Ensure timely and efficient travel for official duties.

· Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.

· Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

· Assist with basic administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and embassy security protocols.

Requirements:

· Valid Chinese driver’s license (minimum Class C) with a clean driving record.

· Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience.

· Familiarity with Beijing roads and traffic conditions.

· Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

· Good communication skills in Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.

· Punctual, responsible, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

· Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous experience working with diplomatic missions or international organizations.

· Knowledge of diplomatic protocols and procedures.
